A Literature Review
The Status of Women in the Constitution and the Laws in Nepal’s Changing Context
In January 2008, CEDPA began a literature review of the status of women in the constitution and laws in Nepal. This process was designed to inform the workshop on 'Women and the Constitution-working together for peace and stability' to be held in February 2008.The paper analyses the current situation and makes a series of conclusions and recomendations for further action.
